Municipal building tender criteria on environmental performance - Olso

Olso has central building tender criteria. All tenders for municipal projects have to weigh the environmental performance at 30%. Of that 30%, 50% is on low emission machinery (minimum biofuels).

One of the requirement for new building is that heating and drying shall be carried out with zero emissions, for example by using electricity, district heating or other zero-emissions technology.
